Abstract

Study of the interaction between metacide (MC) and carboxyl containing compounds by viscosimetric, spectrophotometric titration and electrophoresis techniques has shown the formation of interpolymer complex (IPC) of non-stochiometric composition. It was established that considerable changes of the conformation and of a free electrostatic energy of reacting polyelectrolytes follow the process.
