Abstract

Electrochemical methods of modifying the surface of a semiconductor electrode based on gallium arsenide(GaAs) were proposed. Behavior of unmodified and modified electrodes in GaAs-potassium chloride were investigated. Electroanalytical characteristics of them were identified (slope of the electrode function, working range, response time, reproducibility). It is shown that the modified GaAs-electrodes have improved electroanalytical features in version direct potentiometry and potentiometric titration.
