Abstract

Electrosurface properties and aggregate stability of γ–Al2О3 sol in NaCl solutions are investigated. The optical characteristics of sol – a wave exponent and relative coefficient of light dispersion of particles are defined. The conclusion has done that coagulation of sol γ–Al2О3 proceeds mainly on barrierless mechanism in the distant potential minimum resulting from predominance of structural forces of repulsion on dispersion forces of an attraction.
